Introduction to Energy Healing - for Self (Usui Reiki Level 1)

Usui Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to Reiki and is open to anyone with any level of knowledge.  It includes an overview of Reiki's history, and self-practice and focuses on opening energy channels.  You will receive an attunement during this class, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others.

Usui Reiki Level 1 is taught as a one-on-one* or group class, conducted as a one-day in-person session. Individual Reiki attunements are performed for each student, and upon completion of the course, the student receives a certificate for that level of training.

This experience is for anyone who is interested in learning about Reiki, who would like to learn Reiki for self healing, or anyone on a path to practice energy healing on others.
