Flower Essence Experience

Join Ashley Park, your local herbalist, certified forest therapy guide, and Reiki Master for a day of Plant Spirit Medicine co-creation. 

Every full moon, Ashley is inviting others to join her in co-creating with the sun at their highest peak, the full moon, and a flower in bloom to infuse the flower's vibrations into the water in a crystal bowl to bottle for future use. Each participant will go home with their own Flower's Mother Essence in a bottle. All materials are provided for the making of the flower essence. 

Locations and flowers are TBD based on what flowers are in bloom and where. Most events will take place on my own property in St Thomas or on private property nearby (in St Thomas or on occasion Sparta). This year has been a little wonky and things have been coming out early. We will wait and see who shows for the full moon this month! Each one is a magical experience. 

During this day experience you will participate in:

• Opening Ceremony
• Education about the plant
• Embodiment through receiving Plant Spirit Medicine (Energy Healing)
• Practice in making a flower essence
• Council, sharing our collective stories 
• Closing Ceremony

You may also chose to bring:

•  a journal and pencil, 
• something to sit on, 
• and bug repellent and sun protection. 

A nutritious snack or meal is recommended. 

A water bottle is recommended. 

Tea will be provided.
